燃油發(fā)電機組噴油嘴卡死的原因有哪些?

導致柴油發(fā)電機組噴油嘴卡死的原因主要有:柴油不清潔;出抽閥磨損;噴油器安裝時,漏裝墊片或墊片破壞;機溫過高噴曲器冷卻不良等幾個原因造成,以下是具體介紹:

1、柴油不清潔
1. Diesel oil is not clean
柴油不清潔,高壓油管內有雜質,導致了噴曲器針閥偶件的磨損,使針閥偶件關閉不嚴,燃燒室內高壓燃氣反竄,燒壞針閥偶件。此外,噴油器調壓彈簧、挺桿等零件上的臟物通過噴油器挺桿移到了噴油器針閥上部,或油路上用于防止漏油的棉繩、鉛絲經高壓油管進入噴油器,都會使針閥偶件卡死。
The dirty diesel oil and impurities in the high-pressure oil pipe lead to the wear of the needle valve couple of the injector, which makes the needle valve couple not close tightly, and the high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber reverses and burns out the needle valve couple. 2、出抽閥磨損

3、噴油器安裝時,漏裝墊片或墊片破壞
