活塞環(huán)是所有發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)零件中作三個(gè)方向運(yùn)動(dòng)的零件。(即軸向運(yùn)動(dòng)、徑向運(yùn)動(dòng)和圓周方向的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)),同時(shí)也是使用條件中更為苛刻的零件。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒室在爆炸的瞬間,燃?xì)鉁囟瓤蛇_(dá)到2000℃-2500℃,其爆發(fā)壓力平均達(dá)到50kg/cm平方,活塞頭部的溫度一般不低于200℃?;钊亲魍鶑?fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的,其速度和負(fù)荷都很大。
The piston ring is the only one that moves in three directions among all engine parts.
