發(fā)電機組異常高溫的是由哪些原因造成?
發(fā)電機組產(chǎn)生高溫原因如下:

1、長(cháng)時(shí)間超負荷作業(yè)
1. Long term overloaded work
柴油機長(cháng)時(shí)間超負荷作業(yè),會(huì )使其油耗增加、熱負荷升高,從而出現水溫過(guò)高現象。為此,應避免長(cháng)時(shí)間超負荷作業(yè)。
Long term overloaded operation of diesel engines can increase fuel consumption and heat load, resulting in high water temperature. For this reason, long-term overload operations should be avoided.
2、冷卻液不足
2. Insufficient coolant
柴油機冷卻系統中若缺少冷卻液,則會(huì )影響柴油機散熱效果,造成柴油機高溫。對此,應經(jīng)常檢查散熱器及膨脹水箱內冷卻液存量,液位低時(shí)應及時(shí)補充。
If there is a lack of coolant in the cooling system of a diesel engine, it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the diesel engine and cause high temperatures. For this, it is necessary to regularly check the coolant level in the radiator and expansion tank, and replenish it in a timely manner when the liquid level is low.
3、冷卻液循環(huán)不暢

節溫器開(kāi)度不足,會(huì )降低柴油機冷卻系統大循環(huán)的散熱能力。如果柴油機高溫,可以將節溫器放入水中進(jìn)行加熱檢查,一般節溫器的開(kāi)啟距離為8~10mm。
Insufficient opening of the thermostat will reduce the heat dissipation capacity of the large circulation of the diesel engine cooling system. If the diesel engine is hot, the thermostat can be placed in water for heating inspection. Generally, the opening distance of the thermostat is 8-10mm.
提醒: 水泵性能不良,則會(huì )造成冷卻液流量降低,致使柴油機高溫。

4、散熱裝置相互干涉

如果液壓油散熱器與水散熱器一前一后放置,當液壓油溫度偏高時(shí),勢必會(huì )造成水散熱器進(jìn)風(fēng)側冷風(fēng)溫度偏高,影響水散熱器散熱。對此,應檢修液壓系統散熱情況,降低液壓油散熱器對柴油機水散熱器散熱不良的影響。
If the hydraulic oil radiator and the water radiator are placed in front of each other, when the temperature of the hydraulic oil is too high, it will inevitably cause the cold air temperature on the inlet side of the water radiator to be too high, affecting the heat dissipation of the water radiator. Regarding this, it is necessary to inspect the heat dissipation of the hydraulic system and reduce the impact of the hydraulic oil radiator on the poor heat dissipation of the diesel engine water radiator.
5、散熱器表面附著(zhù)雜物

散熱器表面附著(zhù)雜物會(huì )使散熱器散熱面積減小,散熱器的迎風(fēng)面積減小,導致散熱器的散熱能力降低,引起柴油機高溫6、風(fēng)扇皮帶過(guò)松或風(fēng)扇變形
The attachment of debris on the surface of the radiator will reduce the heat dissipation area of the radiator, decrease the windward area of the radiator, and reduce the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator, causing high temperature in the diesel engine. 6. 風(fēng)扇皮帶過(guò)松,容易造成風(fēng)扇轉速降低,造成散熱器不能發(fā)揮應有的散熱能力,導致柴油機溫度過(guò)高。此外,風(fēng)扇變形也會(huì )導致散熱器的散熱能力不能充分發(fā)揮。對此,應定期檢查柴油機風(fēng)扇皮帶是否松弛及風(fēng)扇形狀是否異常。
Loose fan belts can easily cause a decrease in fan speed, resulting in the radiator not being able to dissipate heat properly and causing the diesel engine to overheat. In addition, deformation of the fan can also lead to insufficient heat dissipation capacity of the radiator.
