發(fā)電機組異常高溫的是由哪些原因造成?

發(fā)電機組產(chǎn)生高溫原因如下:

The reasons for the high temperature generated by the generator set are as follows:

1、長時間超負(fù)荷作業(yè)

1. Long term overloaded work

柴油機長時間超負(fù)荷作業(yè),會使其油耗增加、熱負(fù)荷升高,從而出現(xiàn)水溫過高現(xiàn)象。為此,應(yīng)避免長時間超負(fù)荷作業(yè)。

Long term overloaded operation of diesel engines can increase fuel consumption and heat load, resulting in high water temperature. For this reason, long-term overload operations should be avoided.

2、冷卻液不足

2. Insufficient coolant

柴油機冷卻系統(tǒng)中若缺少冷卻液,則會影響柴油機散熱效果,造成柴油機高溫。對此,應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查散熱器及膨脹水箱內(nèi)冷卻液存量,液位低時應(yīng)及時補充。

If there is a lack of coolant in the cooling system of a diesel engine, it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the diesel engine and cause high temperatures. For this, it is necessary to regularly check the coolant level in the radiator and expansion tank, and replenish it in a timely manner when the liquid level is low.

3、冷卻液循環(huán)不暢

4、散熱裝置相互干涉

如果液壓油散熱器與水散熱器一前一后放置,當(dāng)液壓油溫度偏高時,勢必會造成水散熱器進風(fēng)側(cè)冷風(fēng)溫度偏高,影響水散熱器散熱。對此,應(yīng)檢修液壓系統(tǒng)散熱情況,降低液壓油散熱器對柴油機水散熱器散熱不良的影響。
