柴油機(jī)的連桿螺栓是一次性使用的,是不能重復(fù)利用的,連桿螺栓重復(fù)使用將極易導(dǎo)致斷裂,打壞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)汽缸體,導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)報(bào)廢。是什么導(dǎo)致了柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組連桿螺栓斷裂的呢?連桿螺栓斷裂主要有四個(gè)方面:

裝配時(shí)扭緊力矩過大,用力不均勻。由于裝配中沒有嚴(yán)格的配用扭力扳手,具體扭緊力矩又不太了解,認(rèn)為越緊越好;緊固連桿螺栓用較長(zhǎng)的加力桿,扭緊力矩過大,超過了螺栓材料的屈服極限,使連桿螺栓出現(xiàn)屈服變形,使之在沖擊載荷的作用下因過度的伸長(zhǎng)而斷裂。應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)的是,一定要按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)扭緊連桿螺栓,千萬(wàn)不能認(rèn)為越緊力量越大越好。

柴油機(jī)的連桿分多種級(jí)別,在檢修中應(yīng)注意不能換用不同級(jí)別的連桿。如果在檢修中由于馬虎不仔細(xì)將連桿蓋搞亂錯(cuò)裝,會(huì)造成連桿大頭結(jié)合面的配合不緊密,在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行中會(huì)造成連桿蓋松動(dòng)而導(dǎo)致連桿螺栓的斷裂。WD615系列柴油機(jī)連桿大頭為斜切口型,斜切角呈45°,連桿蓋和連桿大頭結(jié)合面采用60°鋸齒形定位結(jié)構(gòu),這種結(jié)構(gòu)具有貼合緊密定位準(zhǔn)確可靠結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的特點(diǎn)。如果在維修中將連桿蓋搞亂錯(cuò)裝,勢(shì)必會(huì)造成結(jié)合面鋸齒定位不好,極易造成發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在工作中連桿蓋的松動(dòng),而導(dǎo)致連桿螺栓的斷裂。

The joint surface between the connecting rod cap and the connecting rod big end adopts a 60 ° serrated positioning structure, which has the characteristics of tight fitting, accurate and reliable positioning, and compact structure. If the connecting rod cap is mixed up and installed incorrectly during maintenance, it will inevitably cause poor alignment of the serrations on the joint surface, which can easily cause the engine to loosen the connecting rod cap during operation and lead to the fracture of the connecting rod bolts.

柴油機(jī)在運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)飛車故障或活塞在氣缸內(nèi)燒死的故障,將連桿螺栓拉斷。如果發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在使用中出現(xiàn)過飛車的故障,應(yīng)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)做一次全面檢查,好更換連桿螺栓;如果在運(yùn)行中個(gè)別氣缸出現(xiàn)過較嚴(yán)重的拉缸,在更換氣缸活塞組件時(shí)也應(yīng)將連桿螺栓更換。
