發(fā)電機組的發(fā)動機氣門損傷維修事項
無論是發(fā)電機組的進(jìn)氣門還是排氣門,都需要保證在惡劣條件下能夠穩(wěn)定工作,并且要求氣門具有足夠的強度、耐磨性和耐熱性;要求閥門重量輕,耐熱性好。閥門與閥座環(huán)的緊密接觸部分是閥錐面,應(yīng)具有較高的密封性能和耐磨性。

發(fā)電機組閥桿磨損嚴(yán)重,凹陷、變薄、彎曲嚴(yán)重的閥門一般不予重復(fù)使用。閥桿曲率超過0.03mm,閥頂歪斜超過0.02mm,可用壓力機修正修整,再用百分表檢查,直至符合要求。

If the curvature of the valve stem exceeds 0.03mm and the deflection of the valve top exceeds 0.02mm, it can be corrected and trimmed with a press and checked with a dial indicator until it meets the requirements.
發(fā)電機組閥桿磨損后,其圓度和圓柱度偏差超過0.03mm,當(dāng)直徑減小超過允許尺寸時,應(yīng)按修理尺寸研磨,或?qū)㈤y桿修理到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸或由鍍鉻或鍍鐵。
After the valve rod of the generator set is worn, its roundness and cylindricity deviation exceeds 0.03mm. When the diameter decreases beyond the allowable size, it shall be ground according to the repair size, or the valve rod shall be repaired to the standard size or plated with chromium or iron.
瓦斯發(fā)電機組閥桿長度必須符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。若閥桿尾端面磨損,應(yīng)按磨損的桿端面磨削。桿端的磨損量一般為0.50mm,以獲得光滑平整的平面。
