3. The insulation of the excitation winding to the ground is damaged, and the winding sometimes experiences grounding during motor operation, causing voltage fluctuations.

　　4、自動(dòng)電壓調(diào)節(jié)器(AVR)勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)電路有故障，使AVR對(duì)勵(lì)磁電流控制不穩(wěn)定。

4. The automatic voltage regulator (AVR) excitation system circuit has a fault, which makes the AVR unstable in controlling the excitation current.
