瓦斯發(fā)電機出現(xiàn)電磁干擾故障怎么辦?
就瓦斯發(fā)電機組的系統(tǒng)整體而言,火花塞點火電纜線內(nèi)的交流電流等形成的電磁干擾是主要的干擾源。由干發(fā)電機組作環(huán)境的特殊性,在這些場合中要想避免經(jīng)常發(fā)生的較強的電磁干擾幾乎是不可能的。盡管新型的發(fā)電機組針對電磁干擾問題采取了很多措施,也無法忽視此類隱患并且由于工作場合中的條件的限制或者人為的疏忽如調(diào)試不當,也增大了此類故障發(fā)生的概率。

錯誤的判斷耗費了工作人員大量的時間和精力,而問題一直沒有解決。后來在做會面機檢時發(fā)現(xiàn)信號線中的一根線與屏蔽層短路,并且屏蔽線的接線處理上存在一定的問題。更換該屏蔽線后再做測試,機組正常運轉(zhuǎn)。

在機檢的后期階段發(fā)現(xiàn),該機組在布線時出現(xiàn)錯置,將信號線與發(fā)電機組的輸出電纜敷設(shè)在一起,并且相互纏繞,這就是干擾產(chǎn)生的真正原因。當信號線的屏蔽層性能良好并且接線方式也正確時,可以正常屏蔽干擾信號,發(fā)電機組運轉(zhuǎn)正常而當屏蔽層失效時,干擾信號就會帶來嚴重的影響。
